The newest and largest division features North America’s only 100% hydrogen continuous annealing/heat treating line offering incomparable quality and prime yield for AHSS/UHSS material destined for automotive and other products-in-motion applications.

Provides Class A toll slitting and inspection services for aluminum sheet destined for surface critical applications, particularly automotive body-in-white aluminum coil processing.

FMP Met Lab is a full service metallurgical testing laboratory that plays an integral role in HyCAL’s ability to deliver high quality, on spec material to customers. Accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, HyCAL Met Lab assures accurate, dependable metallurgical testing results and data.

A producer of highly engineered steel strip. Utilizing the full power of Ferragon Corp.’s assets, Ferragon Specialty Steel produces tight tolerance specialty steels ranging from carbon & alloy steel strip to HSLA, advanced high strength steel and harden & tempered grades.

This division offers world-class slitting and inspection of cold rolled steel destined for exposed automotive or other surface-critical applications. The epitome of reliability, this division has a claim rate of .014% since 2001 and has never been cited for a late delivery.
Cleveland, OH
The Midwest’s leading toll processor, this division is a fully equipped cold rolled converter and hot rolled toll processor. Provides world-class pickling and slitting for hot rolled steel and cold rolled toll conversion services including pickling, cold rolling, annealing and temper passing.
