Cleveland, OH
The Midwest’s leading toll processor, this division is a fully equipped cold rolled converter and hot rolled toll processor. Provides world-class pickling and slitting for hot rolled steel and cold rolled toll conversion services including pickling, cold rolling, annealing and temper passing.
Detroit, MI
Provides Class A toll slitting and inspection services for aluminum sheet destined for surface critical applications, particularly automotive body-in-white aluminum coil processing.
Iuka, MS
Offers world class processing including precision slitting, leveling and stretcher leveling. Strategically located, this facility offers economical transportation and a true ease of doing business for anyone shipping steel to, from or through the South.

FMT offers in-house trucking capabilities to our processing customers to facilitate the pick-up, processing and delivery of their steel. FMT plays a vital role in our ability to provide JIT delivery and to allow us to offer “one call, once invoice” convenience to customers.

FMP Met Lab is a full service metallurgical testing laboratory that plays an integral role in HyCAL’s ability to deliver high quality, on spec material to customers. Accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, HyCAL Met Lab assures accurate, dependable metallurgical testing results and data.

A producer of highly engineered steel strip. Utilizing the full power of Ferragon Corp.’s assets, Ferragon Specialty Steel produces tight tolerance specialty steels ranging from carbon & alloy steel strip to HSLA, advanced high strength steel and harden & tempered grades.
Detroit, MI
This division offers world-class slitting and inspection of cold rolled steel destined for exposed automotive or other surface-critical applications. The epitome of reliability, this division has a claim rate of .014% since 2001 and has never been cited for a late delivery.
Sinton, TX
The largest slitting line in NA on the campus of the SDI Sinton EAF steel mill in Sinton,TX. The Ferrous85” slitter can process master coils in widths from 36” to 85”, up to 105,000 pounds. Width capacity ranges from 6” to 85” & Gauges from .090” to .750”.
Gibraltar, MI
The newest and largest division features North America’s only 100% hydrogen continuous annealing/heat treating line offering incomparable quality and prime yield for AHSS/UHSS material destined for automotive and other products-in-motion applications.
